Mini Bagel Beef Rounds sandwiches, beef - other 6 mini bagels 1/4 cup light mayonnaise 1 tablespoon minced green onion 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 lettuce leaves 6 thin slices tomato 6 thin slices cooked roast beef Slice bagels in half horizontally. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion and mustard; spread evenly over cut sides of bagels. Tear each lettuce leaf into 3; place on bottom halves of bagels. Top with tomato, then beef. Sandwich with remaining bagel halves. (Sandwiches can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours.)
