Sweet And Sour Turkey With Pineapple And Peppers turkey, stirfry - other 1 pound boneless skinless turkey breast 1/4 teaspoon (each) salt and pepper 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion; sliced 1 large sweet red or green pepper; cut in bite-size chunks 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes 1 can (8 oz) pineapple rings; drained and cut in eighth ----SAUCE---- 1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons (each) chicken stock and soy sauce 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon sesame oil Turkey goes international in this tasty trip to the wok. You can also make this dish with pork. Sauce: In small bowl, whisk together orange juice concentrate, stock, soy sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and sesame oil; set aside. Cut turkey into 3- x 1/4-inch strips; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In wok, heat 1 tbsp of the oil over high heat; stir-fry turkey for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and no longer pink inside. Transfer to plate. Add remaining oil to wok; stir-fry onion, red pepper and hot pepper flakes for 2 minutes. Stir in sauce and bring to boil; cook until starting to thicken. Return turkey and any juices to pan; stir in pineapple and heat through.
