Potted Shrimp Rémoulade shrimp 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 2 tablespoons fresh parsley; chopped, or 2 tablespoons green onion; chopped 2 tablespoons dill pickle; chopped 1 tablespoon capers; drained and chopped 1 tablespoon lemon ,juice 1 teaspoon grainy mustard 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon pinch salt pinch pepper 1/2 pound cooked shrimp; coarsely chopped In bowl, combine mayonnaise, parsley, pickle, capers, lemon juice, mustard,tarragon, salt and pepper; stir in shrimp.
