1/2 small red onion; thinly sliced into rings
1 package (1-1/2 oz) fresh oregano; chopped
1 ripe tomato; thinly sliced

Spread the dried and shelled prawn tails evenly over the salsa; cover with onion rings, oregano and slices of tomato. Shake a good amount of black pepper over top. Bake for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over pizza; return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until the prawns have just turned pink and the crust is browned. Serve at once
