2 tablespoon (each) lemon juice and olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon (each) garlic powder and pepper

2 bagels or bagel twists
2 tablespoons Easy Bean Spread.
arugula leaves or watercress sprigs
4 ounces Brie cheese; sliced.
sweet red pepper; sliced

3 hard cooked eggs; sliced
cucumber; sliced
1 small carrot; shredded
light Italian salad dressing
----NIÇOISE SUB----
2 sausage or large hot dog buns

1 can (6 1/2 ounce) tuna
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 green onion; chopped

In food processor, purée together kidney beans, lemon juice and olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper. (Make ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days.) Bagel of Brie: Halve bagels and spread with Easy Bean Spread. Layer with arugula leaves or watercress sprigs. Top with Brie, sliced red pepper and tops of bagels. New Garden Egg: Halve buns; spread with Easy Bean Spread. Line with lettuce; top with eggs, and cucumber. Sprinkle with shredded carrot and salad dressing. Sandwich with bun tops. Niçoise Sub: Cut almost through along top; spread with Easy Bean Spread. Line with lettuce and tomato. Mash tuna, mayonnaise green onion; spoon onto buns. Sprinkle with chopped black olives. Smoked Souvlaki: Halve pita bread to form pockets; spread insides with Easy Bean Spread. Line with lettuce. Stuff with chicken, cucumber, tomato and diced red onion. Top each with dollop of yogurt. Veggie Burrito: Spread tortillas with Easy Bean Spread. Sprinkle with cheese, lettuce or alfalfa sprouts, sweet peppers and corn kernels. Top with salsa mixed with the sour cream. Fold bottom over filling; fold sides over top. Trendy Panini: Halve panini buns; spread with Easy Bean Spread. Layer with half cheese, ham, tomatoes, lettuce and the remaining Fontina, then bun tops. Cook in dry nonstick skillet over medium heat, pressing often and turning once ,just until cheese melts.
