Baked Potato With Ham-And-Cheese Topping

1 potato
1/4 cup julienne cooked ham
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped green onion or chives
pepper

In morning, scrub potato and prick in several places; wrap in white paper towel In small plastic container, stir together ham, cheese, yogurt, green onion and pepper to taste. Pack with potato in lunch bag. At lunch time, microwave potato on paper towel at High for 4 to 6 minutes, turning over once, or until tender. When potato is cool enough to handle, roll gently between hands; cut a large cross in top of potato and press ends to fluff up pulp inside. Top with ham mixture. Microwave at High for 25 to 30 seconds or until heated through, if desired.
