Orange Teriyaki Chops And Couscous pork 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate 4 boneless pork chops; trimmed 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 cups snow peas 1 sweet potato 2 1/4 cups chicken stock or water 1 cup couscous 1 orange; cut in wedges Tender pork and citrusy couscous show off in a truly easy one-pot supper. Stir teriyaki sauce with orange juice concentrate; brush half over both sides of pork. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook pork turning once, for 8 minutes or until just a hint of pink remains inside and juices run clear. Transfer to plate and keep warm. Meanwhile, trim and cut snow peas diagonally into bite-size pieces. Peel and cut sweet potato into 1/2-inch cubes. Add potato and 1/2 cup of the stock to skillet; cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until tender. Add remaining stock and teriyaki sauce mixture; boil for 3 minutes. Stir in couscous and snow peas; nestle pork in mixture. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with fork. Garnish with orange.
