Country-Style Ribs With Potato Wedges

pork

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary; crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 pounds pork loin rib end country-style; Texas ribs
4 baking potatoes

In small bowl, combine oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place pork, lean side up, in roasting pan; brush with half of the oil mixture. Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges; toss with remaining oil mixture. Place in pan around pork. Bake in 350°F oven, turning occasionally, for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are tender and golden and just a hint of pink remains inside pork.
