Shrimp And Feta Pizzas pizza 4 frozen 6-inch pizza rounds 1 cup tomato sauce 1/2 teaspoon (each) dried oregano, basil and rosemary; crumbled, or 2 teaspoon (each) chopped fresh 1 large clove garlic; minced 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts; quartered 6 ounces small shrimp; cooked or raw shelled 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 green onions; sliced lengthwise -; cut in 1-inch pieces Place pizza rounds on lightly greased baking sheets. In small bowl, stir together tomato sauce, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic; spread over pizza rounds. Arrange artichokes, shrimp and feta over sauce. In small bowl, drizzle oil over green onions and toss to coat; spoon over top of pizza Bake in lower half of 450°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. To make two 12-inch round pizzas, use same ingredients but increase quantity of tomato sauce and feta cheese to 1-1/2 cups each.
