Goat Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomatoes And Black Olive Pizzas pizza 4 frozen 6-inch pizza rounds 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups chopped onions 8 pitted black olives; quartered 4 drained sun-dried tomato halves; cut in thin strips 2 cloves garlic; minced 4 ounces unripened goat cheese; crumbled Place pizza rounds on lightly greased baking sheets. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onions until softened. Remove from heat and mix in olives tomatoes and garlic; spread over pizza rounds. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake in lower half of 450°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
