Pigs In Blankets pork, pastry 8 breakfast sausages 1 package (10 oz) pizza or biscuit dough 2 tablespoons medium salsa Place sausages on small rimmed baking sheet; broil, turning once, for 4 minutes or until golden. Drain off fat. Let cool. Unroll pizza dough; cut into 8 equal rectangles. Spread salsa evenly over dough. Place sausage at 1 long edge of each rectangle; roll up and transfer to greased baking sheet. Bake in 400°F oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. VARIATION: Mustardy Pigs in Blankets: Substitute 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard for salsa.
