Pasta A Fagioli pasta, meatless 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1 onion; chopped 1 can (19 oz) Italian-style stewed tomatoes 1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans; drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon balsamic or wine 4 cups Scoobi-Do pasta 1 package (10 oz) fresh spinach; trimmed In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste and pepper; bring to boil over medium-high heat and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar. Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 6 minutes. Add spinach; cook for 1 minute or until pasta is tender but firm. Drain and add to sauce; toss to coat.
