Mustard Lime Marinade bbq, beef - other, lamb, pork 1 teaspoon grated lime rind 1/4 cup lime juice 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion 1 tablespoon honey mustard 1 teaspoon paprika This marinade blends the heat of sweet mustard with the tang of lime juice and rind. Use on pork chops, lamb, chicken, ribs and brisket. In small bowl, stir together rind, juice, onion, mustard and paprika Pour over meat and marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Makes 1/2 cup marinade, enough for 4 chicken breasts or 6 chops. Double the recipe for ribs or brisket.
