Fusilli With Ham And Peas pasta, ham 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 onion; chopped 1 clove garlic; chopped 1 cup slivered ham 1 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup chicken stock 1/4 cup light cream cheese 1 cup frozen peas 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano pinch pepper 3 cups fusilli pasta 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until softened. Add ham, tomato and stock; gradually blend in cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add peas, basil, oregano and pepper; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for about 8 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain pasta well and add to skillet; toss to coat well. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
