Salmon Kabobs With Baby Potatoes

fish, potatoes

8 small potatoes; scrubbed
4 teaspoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 salmon steaks
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons horseradish

Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon of the oil and half each of the salt and pepper; thread onto skewers. Bake on baking sheet in 450 F oven for 25 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, skin and bone salmon; cut into 1-1/2- inch chunks. In bowl, combine orange juice, horseradish and remaining oil,salt and pepper; add fish and toss to coat. Thread onto 4 skewers, folding any tapered ends over. Place beside potatoes; bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
