Mushroom Stuffing For Trout

fish

1/4 cup butter
1 onion; chopped
2 stalks celery sliced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch pepper
3 cups coarse fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

In large skillet, melt 2 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat; cook onion, celery, mushrooms, salt and pepper for about 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated. Stir in remaining butter, bread crumbs and basil.
