Halibut Package with Dill Pesto

1/3 cup loosely packed fresh dill
1/3 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
1/3 cup green onion or chive; chopped
1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic; minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 4-ounce halibut steaks or fillets
1 large roasted sweet red pepper; cut in 8 strips

In blender or food processor, chop together dill, parsley, green onions, almonds, oil, garlic, salt and pepper until almost puréed. Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Pat fish dry; place in a single layer on one-half of foil. Spread each piece with 1 tablespoon of the dill mixture. Top with red pepper strip. Fold remaining half of the foil over fish, crimping edges to seal. Bake package in 425 F oven for about 10 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
