Broiled Peaches With Frozen Yogurt desserts, fruits 2 large peaches 2 tablespoons orange juice brown sugar frozen yogurt Halve and pit peaches; place, cut side up, in shallow baking dish. Spoon orange juice into hollows; sprinkle with sugar to taste. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is lightly caramelized. Transfer to serving dishes; top with scoop of frozen yogurt. Tip: To grill, combine orange juice and brown sugar and brush over cut sides of peaches, using any remaining juice to drizzle over peaches as they cook.
