Blondie Bars With Orange Liqueur Strawberries

6 ounces white chocolate; chopped
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
pinch salt
2 ounces white chocolate; melted
1/4 cup orange-flavoured liqueur
3 cups sliced strawberries

In saucepan, melt chocolate with butter over low heat. Remove from heat; whisk in sugar. Whisk in eggs, 1 at a time, whisking well after each; whisk in vanilla. With wooden spoon, gradually stir in flour and salt. Pour into foil-lined and greased 8-inch (4 cup) square cake pan. Bake in centre of 325°F oven for 35 minutes or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool. Drizzle with chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled. Cut into bars; place in dessert dishes. In bowl, pour liqueur over strawberries; let stand for 5 minutes. Pour over bars.
