Apple Crisp (2)

4 apples (Spy or Golden Delicious)
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup granulated or packed brown sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter

Peel and core apples, slice. Arrange in 9-inch square baking dish. In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, grated rind and sugar. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake in 375°F oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with fork.
