Pumpkin & Coconut Curry burma, vegetables 500 gm pumpkin, peeled and cubed 1 large onion, finely sliced 2 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dried shrimp paste 2 tablespoon coconut cream 1 1/2 cup hot water 2 fresh green chillies, sliced Place all ingredients, except pumpkin, into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
