Haio Kyaw Kyet,mushrooms Fried With Chicken burma, chicken, mushrooms 500 gm fresh mushrooms 500 gm chicken meat 3 tablespoon oil 1 large onion, finely sliced 3 cloves garlic, finely 1 chopped 1 tablespoon light soy sauce salt to 1 taste Wipe mushrooms with damp kitchen paper. Do not wash. If large, cut in halves or quarters. Slice chicken meat into narrow straps . Heat oil in wok and fry onion and garlic until golden brown. Add chicken and stir fry for 2 minutes, on high heat, then cover and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add soy sauce and salt to taste, then the mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 3 4 minutes, then raise heat and cook uncovered until most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve hot with rice.
