1,380 tigers were killed because of their vast population and they were becoming
pests.

products. The people of Burma have been hard hit throughout history and have
endured many conquerors that have ruled these people and given them no human
rights. The country is mostly in poverty and has many illegal drugs being
shipped to other countries including opium.
Burma is a mixture of several ethnic societies, which range from Chinese to
Indian. But, the Burmese people are proud and have so much beauty and heritage
that can be seen in their architectural designs and their exquisite recipes.
Tradition is strong and is one thing that keeps the Burmese people held
together. The sharing of recipes and meals is one tradition that will not

Teething Cake and sending it to their neighbors in celebration of a baby’s first
tooth. These are unique cakes or dumplings that are created and then fried in
coconut milk.
