Zurrakapote ( Basque Fruit Compote)

3 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tart apple, peeled, cored,
1 and sliced
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored,
1 and sliced
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried pitted prunes
1/2 cup dried currants
