Brochette Of Chicken

24 oz chicken breast -- cut in 1
1 cubes
1/2 bunch fresh parsley -- finely
1 chopped
1 teaspoon fresh garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 salt and white pepper -- to
1 taste
3/4 cup olive oil
2 drop yellow food coloring

1 skewer sticks

Mix all ingredients well. On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken. Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender, about five minutes. Recipe By : Morocco
