3 lb ground lamb
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dry ginger
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
